Hi, I wanted to ask if is this possible or it is just a bug.

Tonight i rerolled my mews nature (or at least i tried to) at my 1st try the nature stayed the same as it was and the 150 coins where gone, is that a bug or it can happen? (Docile to Docile)

Iirc there is the chance that you reroll the same nature, guess you were just unlucky:(

Hi dude, first off I'm sorry for your bad luck, and that is what it is, just bad luck. The rerolls are random which means when used it can become any nature including the nature it was before. If asked, we do warn players about the potential of it happening. Unfortunately it is a risk involved with a random roll.

 

I'll lock the topic as the question has been answer but I wish you better luck if you decide to try another roll.

Please do not contact staff for private support, post your question in the appropirate subforum as others may have the same problem and could benfit from the answer as well.
