Hey mate, according to this site the Samsung S4 should be able to run PRO if you have your operative system up to date (which should be the 5.0 (Lollipop)). According to the requirements, you have double the RAM required and the processor is stronger than 1.0Ghz therefore you should have good performance in your device.

If you run into problems use this guide as would be able to help you install the game and probably fix issues before they happen.
