Was it the leader grinch? if not thenn move onto the story shouldn matter

Hi, please be aware that the game is in live beta and crashes can happen. I know how annoying it is when it happens and it’s unfortunate when they do but it is a risk you take when playing the game. It is annoying when it happens, we know that but unfortunately there is nothing we can do at this time about it.

 

Aso for not being able to rebattle the grinch you were battling, as Bio said, if it was a normal Grinch then just continue with the story as it's just an npc battle and has no impact on the story. The Grinch leader shouldn't have a cooldown if you lose so if it was him you were battling then you should be able to rebattle him right away.
