How to get my items from my Kanto pokemon in Johto before the Rising Badge?

If you are already in Johto then you can't touch your Pokemon's from Kanto before you get the raising badge. That includes the items as well i guess.

As others have said, by the time you enter Johto for the first time, you will be unable to access your kanto pokemons, including their held items if they on your Kanto pokemons untill you have obtained the Rising Badge.
