When I try to interact with anything (talking to anyone, entering a building) nothing will happen for about 10 seconds then I will be disconnected from the server. This just started happening recently to me and one of my friends but one of my other friends is completely fine. Its happening to me in Johto and my friend in Kanto. I've tried reinstalling, restarting my computer and internet so I'm not sure what to do now.

I've logged out and closed the game and waited about ten minutes before and it still happens

I tried that earlier and it didn't work. I just got on after a bit and it was fixed.
