I've played 30 minutes, gotten my charmander and go to Viridian City.

I went to the bridge at the bottom of map, there is a pokemon beside the bridge. I clicked the pokemon, my character become unresponsive.

When i log out and log in, my game got reset to the page where prof Oak is introducing the game...

 

I would also like to request to delete my game progress, in case it cannot be reverted. Cause i accidentally choose the character appearance that i don't want after the reset.

maybe you were in different server, you can use magic mirror to change the appearance of your character or just create another account

Maybe you accidentally chose different server.

If you unsatisfied with your appearance, you have 3 options.

1) Create a new account and start over If you want to play in the server that you are currently playing

2) Buy a magic mirror, which is bought using PvP coins. You can change your appearance using it.

3) Start over on a different server in the same account. Good luck

ok mystery solved... my first character is in red server. when i re-login, i chose yellow server.

 

so yes, nothing is missing. sorry for the trouble, please lock this tread.
