I had defeated all grunches but still the watchmen is not letting me in to cave. Also i was disconnected between fighting with one of grunch that i havent defeated them order wise this might be the reason please help i cant progress in quest

I think you have to beat all of them. In this case, you will have to wait for 7 days which is the generally standardized NPC-cooldown time. I'm not 100% sure about it though. Maybe staff can help.

Did you beat the Grinch leader? If so than this is normal, the cave is closed off by the police once the Grinch leader has been beaten. You need to speak to Whoville Mayor and Santa to claim your prizes if you've beaten the Grinch leader as you will have finished the story aspect of the Christmas event.

Please do not contact staff for private support, post your question in the appropirate subforum as others may have the same problem and could benfit from the answer as well.

Did you happen to skip any NPCs at "Whoville" and "Whoville Woods"? Try to talk to NPCs you might've missed in those 2 maps and give us updates by replying in this thread. Good luck :Smile:
