so I'm aware that the red server is offline at the moment. But why is it always the red server, and not the blue or yellow?

Is there something wrong with the red server? I'm regretting having my pokemon adventure there :n:

I've started playing last saturday, and have seen the red server down a lot. Everytime I check the status on the website it's only the red server down as well. And they're not all announced downtimes, many times it just crashes and comes back on like 20 minutes later, I was also wondering if I chose the wrong server to play on.

I'm new too and i started playing last week , i'm on the red server too and... it is down quite a lot. Maybe it's just my imagination or maybe i took the wrong server . I wonder if it's possible to change my server.

Red server is down for urgent maintenance and will probably be down for a while. Shane is running some diagnostics on the database to find out what's making the server so slow and, in turn, trying to fix potential crashes. In Shane's own words "Well this has to be done :stuck_out_tongue: Red wont work if it keeps up much longer without it being fixed." Other servers will receive the same maintenance in the future.
