What do they mean? What are they for? If it has an image of a boy, it means you have replied in that topic. If you haven't replied and haven't read the topic yet, the Pokeball will be Red. If you replied in that topic you will see a small icon of a boy on the Pokeball. If you already read the topic the Pokeball will be greyed out.
