So, at Lavender town theres Mr. Fuji that says come back when you are stronger, i got an idea that it would turn into a boss same way like Link in Sinnoh when u meet the requirements. For requirements i thought like Sinnoh Champ and some hundred hours. You can decide the team if you decide to add it someday :) (im bad at creating teams xD).

I always like boss ideas, that being said Kanto already has too many bosses IMO and sinnoh has only 4. New bosses should be in less populated areas.

Well yea, that makes sense. It could be a thing that when u talk to Fuji it tells u he will go to <insert place in sinnoh> to go <insert what he does> and the boss would be at there :shrug:

Or else when we are the champ of Sinnoh and have requirements like 200 hrs,he should appear in Sinnoh victory road and be ready to fight with us. But his dialogue back in Kanto should be changed to " I will meet you when you are stronger and when I feel it's the right time to crush you"
