Hello!

 

I've realized, that to obtain Regice one needs to go into Flakewood, east of Viridian City and you need to beat several high level pokemon. Because of this i've been told it is ideal to go into the event with a lvl 100 pokemon.

 

My point is, what about those people who have joined recently and have not been able to unlock the location, or are unable to somehow obtain a lvl 100 pokemon to do the event, therefor having no accesses to the event or the legendary pokemon?

 

In another thread, someone stated that this is the only time Regice would appear (so much for waiting for this opportunity again next year), so i am wondering how new players can obtain a legendary that will never appear in the game again?

 

.. Unless the event stays open for another month or two to let players catch up, i dont see any way of obtaining the pokemon.

I didn't get the Darkrai either as I just started to play and didn't have the required hours before Darkrai disappeared. No announcement that I'm aware of has been made for Darkrai and it is just said to be unobtainable atm. Perhaps in the future staff may decide to make Regice catchable again?<e></e></SIZE><e></e></COLOR></r>

<t>There won't be any way to get it unless you buy a level 100 poke or two and rush the story. The event itself is on till January 15th, however I think they said the presents are only here for another 24-48 hours. Darkrai was given as a gift pokemon at Halloween as well and is currently unobtainable. Unfortunately it's probably going to be unobtainable until next Halloween or later. It's the nature of limited time things. <br/>

Regice is a largely terrible pokemon - so missing it isn't the end of the world. You still have access to getting Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, one of Suicune Entei or Raikou, Genesect Heatran as well as one of Uxie Azelf or Mesprit via main story whenever you get to that point.</t>

True, missing Regice is not the end of the world, an Entei or Suicune is more appealing any-who. <br/>

Even if it is an event pokemon and wont appear again, i guess that's ok too.<br/>

As you already concluded yourself,<br/>

Regice is an event poke and is available for a limited time only. That does not mean however that it won't be available ever again. There will be more events with cool rewards, don't worry!<br/>

Also, if you really want Regice now, you can try to join a guild and ask your guildmates for help with lending you some Pokemon in order to get to Regice quickly. <br/>
