Hello! I've realized, that to obtain Regice one needs to go into Flakewood, east of Viridian City and you need to beat several high level pokemon. Because of this i've been told it is ideal to go into the event with a lvl 100 pokemon. My point is, what about those people who have joined recently and have not been able to unlock the location, or are unable to somehow obtain a lvl 100 pokemon to do the event, therefor having no accesses to the event or the legendary pokemon? In another thread, someone stated that this is the only time Regice would appear (so much for waiting for this opportunity again next year), so i am wondering how new players can obtain a legendary that will never appear in the game again? .. Unless the event stays open for another month or two to let players catch up, i dont see any way of obtaining the pokemon.
