Hi , i've send a Mount to someone by Mailbox but he didn't receive it,

I dunno if i did a mistake in his nickname or bug or just other...

His nickname is Drstevenwen98 and the mount was Xmas Stantler mount

If you can tell me where the mount goes ? :'(

You remember what name you type and sended

Make sure you typed his name correctly and you neatly dragged the mount and put it in the items section of the mail. Also make sure you had 2000 pokedollars while sending it and make sure it has been sent

Y i had 2000$ , the name typed was Drstevenwen98 , the message title "Hello" and y i dragged the mount and the message has been sent cause the mount has been remove from my inventory. So i'm asking where my mount goes ? bug or i did a mistake in his nickname and send it to a random guy

Ok i sent TM Ice beam and this time i'm sure 100% correctly typed his name and he still receive nothing. The problem isn't me :<
