Make sure you have a screenshot evidence of the incident (or) Make sure you know the ID of the Pokemon. If you have an evidence post it here

As [mention]GrandWarden[/mention] said, make sure to screenshot the ID that appears in chat upon releasing a Pokemon.

Make a post on the Restore Pokemon Megathread and use the following template:

Template example:
[u]ID Screenshot:[/u]
[u]Server:[/u]

 

An Admin will restore your Pokemon once one is available.
