Can't get Jirachi I need help finding what I'm doing wrong

Hey,

I followed every step for the Jirachi Quest available on this forum, and I still can't get the blue stone on the moon to work.

I'm going to list everything I've done to try to find what I'm missing, I hope someone can help me cause I dont find it myself and that's frustrating lol.

- I own Mew and Celebi, so my gen 1 and gen 2 Pokedex is completed for sure (and legendaries seen data from gen 1 & 2).

- I triple checked the gen 3 Pokedex and i'ts complete.

- I have all legendaries seen data and checked the PC in Pallet Tower to be sure data are not corrupted.

- I have Castform seen data from the Weather Institute.

- I have 120+ Hoenn playtime (200+).

- I'm a Hoenn champion.

- I have 210+ evolutions (216).

- I battled and beat Regice Regirock Registeel, Rayquaza, Latios Latias, boss Archie and boss Maxie.

- Tried to re-download a clean version of the game.

I'd appreciate some help since I've spent the whole day doing the quest and now I can't find what's wrong. I'm probably missing something, I hope someone can see what.

PROBLEM FIXED THANKS TO "Olaf" & "Alan Merciause".

Jirachi seen data is NEEDED for the quest, which is not stated in the quest tutorial on this forum.

You can get Jirachi seen data in your starting home in Hoenn.
