I have get latios and latias dex in pvp.

 

I have try found latias but i can't found.

 

So I tried to go on the moon and capture jirachi .

 

But now i can't get latios because tv say this all time.

It seems like you haven't fought the Latias NPC at Hoenn. For your info, if you got your dex data from fighting bosses or players, it won't count.

sure you have not gone to see latias, you have it in the dex, due to some boss or some pvp, I also had it registered in the dex, but I needed to see Latias and Latios to go for jirachi

try to find the sites and see them in a notepad or something to verify that you have already passed in that place, in one of the 10 places you have to appear
