What have you done before the problem was there?

I finished conquering the pokemon tower and went to the house next to Mr. Fuji's. and then got stuck outside pokemon tower 1f map.

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Since I got no escape rope with me, i tried resynching, relog, closing and reinstalling the client. But nothing works.
