Hi everyone,

 

Im having big issues with the christmas event.

I have done the whole main quest and i have beat boss Kagura.

 

But i can't find the blue pokeball for Regice ( its not at the stairs it is supose to be) and also the reroll ticket is not where it is supose to be. I know the christmas event is till Januari 15th. So why am i not able to get regice and the re-roll ticket.

 

Could anyone please help me?

Hey there.

I guess you were not aware that if you don't open the presents before 28th, you cannot claim regice. Also, reroll ticket has been removed. But, it's now tradable. So, you can buy it from others.
