Bash
[glow=red]First of all: My internet connection is okay![/glow] Hello, as you can read in the topic description I have some random disconnects and sometime super long loading screens like I would insanely lagging but my connection is fine, I have a low ping, a constant connection and can do whatever I want, I have nowhere ping/internet problems. Those disconnects are totally random, sometimes I get them after 20 seconds, sometimes after 10 minutes but usually in this time room. The prozess of the disconnect itself is every time different too, sometimes Im ingame and see how everyone is not moving anymore and I can see how the chat stops and get a dc after a while and sometimes I get a instant dc. I tried following steps: Crash issues or other issues [glow=red]Win7 Guide https://tinyurl.com/crashhelp[/glow] Win10 Crash Fix https://tinyurl.com/PROwin10fix Android Guide https://tinyurl.com/androidprofix Mac Guide https://tinyurl.com/macprofix Linux/GNU Guide https://tinyurl.com/prognulinux Cannot open PRO in Mac https://tinyurl.com/ProMacFix PRO64_93_2.exe is not responding https://tinyurl.com/PRO64Fix Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps) [glow=red]1- Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip[/glow] [glow=red]2- Disable anti-virus program[/glow] gaming mode, non gaming mode, without anti virus pogramm [glow=red]3- Restart computer[/glow] Others solution: [glow=red]Updated drive and reinstall Direct X[/glow] Also, remember to [glow=red]delete all the past PRO clients and folders[/glow] you might have in your device, [glow=red]including the temporary files [/glow](https://tinyurl.com/deletetempfiles) Short version: This issue sucks. Calahan
- snip - Hello there, and foremost, I'm sorry for the inconvenience; It could be something on your connection blocking the game: Try to run the game in admin mode, and windows 7 compatibility mode; also add an exception for the game to your firewall and antivirus if you haven't yet. Are you using a public connection? (school, workplace, fastfood restaurant, ...) They could be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case. [*]Are you using a proxy? If yes, try without it;If not, try with one. [*]It could also be your provider blocking the game; In this case, you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked. I'm looking forward for your answer; until then, I wish you a great day, and happy new year :Shy: Link to comment https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/81672-random-disconnects-long-loading-screens/#findComment-476226 Share on other sites

I still get random dc´s, a guild mate has the same issue since yesterday. He has done all steps too. He´s using a other internet provider thats why I ignored the last step to avoid long waiting times and sexy phone music xD If the chance is high that my provider is blocking the game I´ll contact my provider. Otherways, any other things I could try? Bash
I said above my internet is fine but it seems like I did a mistake there. I seems like I have super small laggs which are resulting as a dc. Even a professional program wasnt clearly able to show the ping falls but indicate some unusual falls. Looks like the issue has nothing to do with PRO itself, sorry for that but thanks for the help tho. Aww, sorry to hear :D: Well, at least you got to identify your issue; I actually also used to have micro disconnections, years ago, that was only an issue on another game, as it wasn't dropping long enough for simple web pages to not load, but the simplest weak signal used to kick me out of said game: turned out we just had to change our router, as it was outdated, and it worked well again afterwards. I guess you'll have to get in touch with your ISP, in the end; since we can't help you on that matter, I'm going to lock this topic. Good luck, have a great day, and a happy new year  - [glow=lightgreen]Locked as answered[/glow] - Link to comment https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/81672-random-disconnects-long-loading-screens/#findComment-476229 Share on other sites
