I was wondering if there was a guide saying what nature and EV we should have for a specific pokemon. Like how do I know if i should train atk or spatk ? And do you use "tank" pokemon and train def and def (or hp) ?

Sorry just got back in the game and not really knowledgeable yet

There is no cool down for E4. I am not sure about this, but I think you should train defense for tank Pokemons. Good luck mate :)
