Hi :Grin: As what [mention]GrandWarden[/mention] said, your rare candies and masterballs was taken to make the quest more challenging. But, you can talk to Buck again after you finish the quest to get them back. As stated here:

If you chose to kill Heatran lvl 99, you can leave the area by talking to Buck, he'll also give you back your eventual rare candies and masterballs; then, you can go back in without the level 60 requirement in order to catch a level 30 Heatran

i got now my rare candies back and master ball . i talk again to npc buck and he return my item.. can be closed now some player teach me how tow return my items back.. thanks for replying.. can be closed now
