That's is for a 7G set and the Meta between PRO & Official game is really different, here Analytic is useless for a Timid Starmie

The analytic set exists as far back as BW which is all I bothered to check. The reasoning is sound and while we've gotten off topic, I am curious why you think it would not work in PRO.

I don't know if Analytic is coded here but i know is useless for a timid starmie, only few popular pkmn here can outspeed him, for a bold is better but the timid one is really better with Natural cure

I'm sorry if my OP was not clear in explaining how analytic works. Switching out a pokemon is considered moving first, and starmie will get the power boost on the incoming pokemon. Combined with Starmie knack for forcing switches, analytic becomes a powerful ability.
