All the links provided on the website are safe to use and do not contain any viruses. Sometimes a anti-virus will pick a bit of the game as suspect and remove it making the client unusable, to stop this from happening you need to create an exception for the client in your anti-virus to be able to download and play it successfully.

Please do not contact staff for private support, post your question in the appropirate subforum as others may have the same problem and could benfit from the answer as well.
