I am not sure what is your issue, but if you are stuck,

can you try following and try get unstuck yourself?

 

 

Stuck Solutions:

 

- Try Alt+Tab

- Use an escape rope

- Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited pokecenter

- Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh button on the bottom toolbar

- Log out, and then back in

- If still stuck ask for help in the Live support chat in Discord.

Let me know how it goes after trying the above solution(s). If they do not work, a full staff member will need to 'unstuck' you. Let me know if that is necessary.

Hello,

Have you tried talking to the guard? in Valley of Steel you can't simply walk out like in other areas, you need to speak with the guard standing next to the exit. Keep in mind that you will have to pay 5.000 pokedollars if you wish to enter Valley of Steel again.

Please try this and let me know if you managed to exit the area,
