Requirements for Leev town and Jura cave:-

 

1)Do the relative quest.

2)Hoenn Champion.

3)Membership only

 

How to go to Jura cave:-

 

1)Take the boat at Lilycove and go to Leev town.

2)Then, to go to Jura Cave, head east from the dock and shift north.
