This has been a longtime issue for me, I was using another players fix which involved creating a shortcut and adding -force-d3d9 to the end of the .exe but its not working in the new version (post xmas).

 

The error report basically says access violation from 000000000000 or something, not sure....

Hi, would you be able to provide more information please. What client do you use x32/64? What os do you run on your computer? Can you also provide a screenshot of the error report. Have you also checked this thread, specifically the crash issues and other issues section?

Please do not contact staff for private support, post your question in the appropirate subforum as others may have the same problem and could benfit from the answer as well.
