Hey there PabloMB. I have looked at your video, and know what the reason is. You may have picked up the TM that is located there before the map got a small update. This is why it registers for you as if the item is still there, but you can't interact nor walk across the location of it. I have changed the location a little, if the problem now still occurs for you let me know.
