You just check out PRO'S POKEDEX which has details about spawns.

 

Another good way is to use Reborn bot.

If you are on discord, type:

^s <Pokemon>

To know where they spawn, or, type:

^s <map's name>

To know what Pokemons a certain map has.

You can also use the Reborn Bot if you use Discord. If you do, feel free to also join the PRO Discord and test it out in the bot commands channel.

 

As he also mentioned, you can use the spawn command to ask either the name of the map you want to know the spawns of, or the name of the Pokemon you want to know where spawns at. For instance, I can type:

</COLOR>[pre]^s Pachirisu[/pre]<i></i>

With that, I'd receive this message back from the bot:

[pre]Pachirisu
