Can you mention what exactly you mean by lag? Do you mean your game is running slowly? If so, try these steps mentioned below:

 

Try running the game in administrator mode, windows 7 compability mode. Add an exception to PRO in your antivirus if it's blocking the game.

tienes problemas de lag cuando entras al juego en cualquier momento y a cualquiera hora? no te fijaste si no tenias activado una opcion de los graficos del juego activada que anteriormente lo tenias desactivado?

 

a que resolucion juegas? capaz y por ser una resolucion nueva te consuma mas video aunque es raro si anteriomente podias jugar bien
