Dear mods,

My game keeps crashing on random intervals and it seems I can't control it. I tried a few things like setting pro into -force-d3d9 modes and looking at both my video and sound card drivers. And it just makes pro unbearable to play :(

Attached are my error logs. But the game doesn't always crash with the error logs. I hope this issue can be resolved.

Also if possible, 3 times (2 times on 14-1 and 1 time yesterday) I was in the EV area and there is crashed so I lost 30K of money. Is it possible to get that back?

Thanks and regards!

Hello,

Unfortunately the -force-d3d9 fix does not work anymore, you need DirectX11 now. Please make sure to update your DirectX to the latest version.

There is also a few other things you can do:

- Try to run the game in Administrator mode

- Make sure your Antivirus/Firewall/Windows Defender is not blocking the game and add exceptions if yes

- Redownload the game(Keep in mind that when reinstalling you need to delete all previous PRO files, including temporary files before downloading)

Please let me know if any of this works out for you,

Have a nice day

Hi,

Thanks for the answer, but one question, Is this topic still private? I don't really want other people to see my crash dumps.

- I will force the game to run in DX 11 mode, I will see if that fixes it.

- Antivirus is not blocking anything

- already did that.

Thanks for your answer. Though can you send the crash logs to a programmer at pro? I want to know where the problem comes from.

Have a nice day too ;)

Helllo

Yes, you have nade a topic in the General Support. So, others can view your topic too.

Usually, there is nothing wrong in others seeing your crash report as they might kno its solution. If you still think that no one should be able to see your reports, make a topic in the General Complaint Area.

Still, I would recommend not to make a topic there unless you get permission from staff as they may think there is nothing wrong in others seeing your crash dumps.

I did had it in the general complaint area but the mods moved the topic to here ;(

Anyway have updated the graphics drivers but still get crashes.

Which client version are you using? If you are using the 64-bit client, you can try downloading the 32-bit client and try playing on it. Also, remember to update your DirectX, not just your Graphics Card drivers

That didn't resolve the issue unfortunately, Is there someone from the dev team who can help me?

Due to the excessive length of the error log, I've put it inside the spoiler. —Astraea
