I dont have omastar and noctowl or dragonite yet but the others are about level 40

they "ll be leveld up when the time for the elite 4 comes

You should find these pokemons for Elite 4, its quiet easy to get it in the wild, they are : Gengar and Gyarados, level : 8x with good moveset and you will be ready for E4 :)

Your team is pretty decent. However, the best I can recommend for beating elite 4 is either Gengar or Gyrados.

But yes. I can say if you level them up till 80th level. That team can beat the e4.
