Just arrived at entrance of Rock tunnel but then realized that i don't have any pokemon that can learn HM flash, so any pokemon you guys suggest that can learn flash and can be catchable at route 9 only?

Venonat can learn flash. You can catch it at route 9. It is tier 1 there so you will encounter a lots of venonats. Good luck.

As [mention]GrandWarden[/mention] has said, Venonat can learn the HM Flash. On top of that, Bellsprout can also learn HM Flash and can be found on various routes before Rock Tunnel.

 

However, if you want to only catch Pokemon at Route 9, your only choice is to get a Venonat or Venomoth.
