You can't trade neither get items from the Pokestops until the 4th badge, so good luck getting 80 rare candies :Smile:

 

 

Though I would assume a script would either ensure you lose, or a dialogue would link with the rest of the quest; we will have to wait for someone to be motivated enough to actually try to win and manage in order to know :Grin:

its been done before using zubat with confusion, basically the text is a little different and there is no reward.

If I collected RC from viridian city and defeated then what will . I can't go to vermilion city cause I defeated him so I want to stay there

That Psychic man just takes back you to the past and shows a vision of the past.

So, I guess we can still come back, or the story part will stop there. Just my guess though.
