If you missed a Lv30 one, come Trainer Valley and fight Nikola boss, you will have a second chance to catch Heatran if you win. Good luck ! You have infinite chances, so don't worry. If possible, I'd recommend getting a Masterball (they just cost 10 PvP coins) to catch the Lv30 Heatran. Good luck on catching Heatran!
