I heard that only top 10 guilds can promote people in their guild to an officer but i think that every guild should have the rights

Or know somebody how it works?

All guild leaders can promote guild members/initiates to officers. Not only the guild on ladder.

 

To do so, you have to type the following in the chat box:-

/gpromote)<username>

 

To promote a player to officer, he has to be a member from initiate first.

Hello there, and foremost, sorry for your inconvenience;

Please try the following steps and tell me how it goes:

1. Demote the one you wanted to promote to Officer, to Initiate
   
2. Kick him from the guild
   
3. Invite him back
   
4. Try again to promote him to Officer

If it doesn't do the trick, this might:

1. Pass the leadership to someone else
   
2. Get kicked
   
3. Then reinvited and given leadership back
   
4. Promote to Officer

Sorry to hear; though you may need to try again a couple times, and restarting your client in-between might help.

Apologies for the inconvenience: unfortunately we haven't found a permanent fix for this issue yet, and the aforementioned steps are the ones that have been reported working to us :Smile:
