Make sure your password doesn't contain special characters, such as "[] {} () é à ù %$#@!&* : ; . , º ª ¢ /\"

Also make sure it's not too long.

 

Furthermore, always use the PRO Dashboard to reset your password, not the option on the forums' page :Angel:
