Just want an advice from you guys, first of all i do have Noctowl(Lv. 36) and Charmeleon (Lv. 33) to counter the Grass Gym, so i want to know is my team underlevelled?

If it is then in which route should i go (nearby to Celadon City) and grind to level up so that i get wild pokemon of higher level..?

As you have a chameleon, it'll be easy for you to beat Erica. You can give it a try. But, if you lose with her. You can go to route 7, the route which is left of Celadon city or Rock tunnel to train your Pokemons.
