Disconnection

Hi everyone it's my first time posting a topic and this first "topic" is adressed to the devs and it's a request.

The thing is i go to the safari zone looking for the Surf HM and every time i'm in the safari zone my game disconnect me and when i come back i lose my money and i'm out of the safari zone ... i already lost about 15000 pokedollars...

Can i get my money back because that's really not fair because i can't go in anymore... because i don't have enough money for it...

My connection is good and stable so i don't know why it's keeps disconnecting me everytime i try to go in.. it driving me crazy...pls tell that i can get my money back :Frown: :Angry: :thanks:

It cant be return due to possible "Abuse" a player can potentially do, this abuse can be to disconnect on Porpuse

 

We cant know if you disconnected at the last minute and attempt to tell staff you been disconnected to try to get a refund while you already been working on the Safari for some time

 

 

This abuse can be done by Players very easily, and for this reason, is best to reject requests like this

 

 

hopefully you can understand why a Refund wont be made

 

and I am sorry for what had happen

I regret to inform you that we cannot refund or restore anything lost in a crash/rollback. As [mention]STRATEGIST[/mention] has stated, this can be possibly abused if we did restore game data that was lost.

 

You can read here to learn how to minimize your chances of being rolled back.

 

You have stated that you disconnect every time you enter the Safari Zone. If you have a tendency to disconnect often, I would highly suggest the following steps:

Try to run the game in admin mode, and windows 7 compatibility mode; also add an exception for the game to your firewall and antivirus if you haven't yet.

 

Are you using a public connection? (school, workplace, fastfood restaurant, ...): They could be blocking the game on their network, you would need to ask them to find if that's the case.

 

Are you using a proxy?: If yes, try without it; if not, try with one.

 

It could also be your provider blocking the game; in this case, you could try contacting your internet provider to try and get it unblocked.

You should also troubleshoot your connection; although your connection can be generally good, a dead signal every so often can cause you to disconnect from the game completely.

 

You can check out a few guides that I've found and personally use: Quick Windows Networking Fixes (Windows Only) and Troubleshooting with Ping and Traceroutes (Windows, Apple Mac OS X, and Linux supported). Again, you'll want to look out for any ping falls that may indicate an issue with your connection.

 

Lastly, I would recommend troubleshooting your router as it may have malfunctioned. You'll need to look up the guide to troubleshoot your make and model, but here is a General Router Troubleshooting Guide in the meantime.
