Hello, good morning, I'm here for a complaint .. tonight (here in Brazil) around 03:00 am I was playing PRO and I was putting up my Magikarp to level 20 to evolve him in Gyarados, and when I finally got it done this the server of the game simply fell, so it's alright because several times this happens, this morning I went to continue to get up and my pokemon had returned to be magikarp and it continues in lvl 20 that I left the last time. .. more and the sacrifice I had to upar it until lvl 20 how is ?? Can you solve this? :Frown: :Proud:

The server might have not recorded that your Magikarp evolved. After it gets to level 21, try again to evolve it

Level up again to trigger evolution. And people better keep Pokémon unevolved, because it's easier level up and evolves at last 2 or 1 levels depending how much times evolves and how evolves (sometimes even at level 100).

evolve magikarp is very tiring, I am putting this from level 7 and when I finally got the server to fail and is the magikarp again? This is not fair to those who enjoy the game.

You can just feed him a rare candy or give it to someone for levelling it up. As I would recommend not to evolve it now.

I don't mind rise extra level even when enjoying game even at 2016 February I left game, because my Charmander didn't learn Dragon Rage and I was lazy to level up Charmeleon to level 17 in maps before 1st badge.

What happened is that the server crashed and you experienced a rollback. This game is still in Beta and unintentional crashes and rollbacks may happen. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do for your Magikarp. We do not restore any items, cooldowns or levels on Pokemon that might be lost due to a rollback. In order to avoid losing your newly caught Pokemon or items and money in the future, make sure to relog in order to force-save your data.

Furthermore, Magikarp has a very high Experience gain and if you wish so it can be easily leveled up again, it will ask you to evolve after every level up. Keep in mind however, that evolved Pokemon gain Experience at a much slower rate.
