Nope. I don't think so mega evolution will ever be added to the game. They are currently available only to NPCs. Yes, Pokémon's nature affects its stats. A Pokémon's nature usually affects the value of two of its stats, ultimately increasing one of its non HP stats (Atk, def, spd, spatk and spdef) by 10% decreasing the other by 10%

You can only reroll the nature of legendary Pokemon in game. To do so, you will have to get a nature reroll ticket and use it on the legendary Pokemon. It will randomly change the Pokémon's nature.

Stat wise implies that mega theory has a higher probability but like most legendary poke it doesnt necessarily imply that its ability or nature of the poke can compare

It implies statistically that its powerfully but evo wise and ability and nature wise it might not have the status

Legendaries are what re roll applies to such as mews synchronize agility which can be re rolled and status wise enables it to outpeform most ultra forms such as mega forms
