i had 14m 200k aproximatively and when game crashed at 19.00 or something i relog and found that my mony has been reduiced from 14m to 13m

please correct this problem and give me my money back

I'm extremely sorry to hear about your loss of PokeDollars; it appears you crashed whilst in battle with an NPC, which may have forced you to black out, therefore deducting 5% of your PokeDollars. According to what you've said, if you had $14,200,000, five percent of that would be $700,000, which would leave you at around $13,500,000. According to the screenshot you showed me, this appears to have been the case. I'm extremely sorry for your loss, but we do not do refunds on crashes. I must also add that it is not possible to lose money for a crash, unless a major rollback had happened.

 

To avoid crashes and rollbacks, I'd highly suggest looking at the Crash section under the Issue Guide, and also take a look at the Rollback Thread.
