I'm extremely sorry to hear about your loss of PokeDollars; it appears you crashed whilst in battle with an NPC, which may have forced you to black out, therefore deducting 5% of your PokeDollars. According to what you've said, if you had $14,200,000, five percent of that would be $700,000, which would leave you at around $13,500,000. According to the screenshot you showed me, this appears to have been the case. I'm extremely sorry for your loss, but we do not do refunds on crashes. I must also add that it is not possible to lose money for a crash, unless a major rollback had happened.

 

To avoid crashes and rollbacks, I'd highly suggest looking at the Crash section under the Issue Guide, and also take a look at the Rollback Thread.
