Hello support of PRO,foremost,sorry for my level of english,i'm french.I have a request : today,i have found a shiny sandshrew but i have been disconnected from the blue server and i could'nt catch him.I have proof,i have recorded the encounter with the shiny,and for this request i upload it on Youtube,you can see that here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s8GLvHYrfAs please,can you give me back the shiny after the maintenance ? Please,i'm very sad

 

to have lost this shiny.That's my first shiny hasard.I play on blue server

Unfortunately, I don't think staff can give back lost stuff in crashes, rollbacks etc. So sadly, you lost your sandshrew. You can't avoid server crashes, so all you can is pray that you encounter a shiny during that period. Good luck!

Unfortunately, as Grandwarden stated, we can not restore any Pokemon, items or cooldowns that are lost due to a server crash. Since this game is still in Beta, unexpected rollbacks and crashes might occur. In order to prevent losing anything in the future, make sure to re-log as soon as you find something that you wish to keep, re-logging will force save your data and it will be safe from getting deleted by a rollback.
