Hello,

Have you done everything that was suggested to you on that screenshot? Particularly, have you checked if the 3D acceleration is enabled in your display settings?

Also, make sure that your system meets the requirements for playing PRO and that you downloaded the correct version.

In case it still does not work, try reinstalling your DirectX one more time and double check if your graphics card drivers are up to date.

You should also try running PRO in Administrator mode, and try forcing PRO to run with DirectX11. You can do this by right-clicking on your PRO shortcut, select Properties and under Target add -force-d3d11.

i try to reinstall direct x ..sa does not change anything. I have an old pc too, yet I always managed to play PRO .. for the right click of PRO, I can not find how to force on direct x .. Thanks for your help

From what you showed me in those pictures i can see that you do not have DirectX11. I will ask you to try and force the game to run in DirectX9. You can do this by right-clicking on the game's shortcut, then click on Properties:

After that, type -force-d3d9 under Target, like shown in this picture:

Just remember to not type -force-d3d11 but type -force-d3d9. Your graphics card does not support DirectX11.

There is one more thing you can try. Instead of typing -force-d3d9 there type -force-opengl. Please let me know here if that works.

Try re-downloading the game. Remember to delete all previous PRO files before downloading again, including anything in the Trash bin and any temp files. Also, try turning off your antivirus/firewall while downloading and extracting the client. Let me know if it works, good luck.

I do not have an antivirus and my firewall was open when I downloaded it. I deleted everything and reloaded the 64 and 32 version. I tried the manip of earlier but still does not work. when I put -force-opengl on version 64 I have a new message ...
