I tried log out/turn off game/use my phone to login many times, wait for 30 min. However, It still just black. If not, do you possibly have Comcast as your ISP? It has been recently brought to our attention that players with Comcast as their ISP are having issues, such as being stuck on loading maps, on maps with no Pokemon, being unable to move, etc. If you have Comcast, you may be affected by this issue; if possible, I'd recommend trying to use a VPN or try to use mobile data instead.
