So i sat on my at home internet which is great btw. For multiple hours trying to log in after the server went down. I was stuck on the load screen for ever. Then i finally was like is it my ip address? so i dropped a wifi hot spot off my iphone. I logged in no problem. How do i fix my ip to log into this game. Keep in mind I have also played several hours off my at home internet and never had a problem.

It has come to the staffs' recent attention that players with Comcast as their ISP are having connectivity issues.

 

If you have Comcast and are affected by this, I would recommend you to try to use a VPN to bypass this problem. We are currently investigating this issue and I will keep you up to date, however, as this is on Comcast's side, there isn't much the staff team can do at this moment.
