just got dc'ed again

I just logged on to do my boss fights and dig spots. I've been gone for a couple months. I'm getting dc'ed in the middle off boss fights. At first I thought it was my internet. But then i asked my friend and he said he got dc'ed 10 times today. As I'm typing this he just messaged me and said dc'ed again. This kills my win streak for 3 kill rewards on hard. What can you guys do? I've donated many $$ to you and played 500 hours.

Can you guys reset my boss fight. I got dc'ed in 2 boss fights i asked my friend and he said it is the same amount of dc's for him. Now i have to wait a long time to face these bosses again and I was clearly going to beat them.

It's not like it was shiny 1/4k or sync 100%

If i would have known that I would have taken the sync option. But of course the game doesn't tell you that when you are choosing.

Well damn why wouldn't it say that when you are choosing? Does it have a 1/4k chance of giving you the right sync? I spent 500 hours and donated on this game. Full disclosure?

I beat the sage boss enough time to get a option reward. It said pick shiny or pick sync pokemon. I chose shiny eevee. I went to my poke storage and don't see a shiny eevee. please fix.

drop a wifi hot spiot off your phone

So i sat on my at home internet which is great btw. For multiple hours trying to log in after the server went down. I was stuck on the load screen for ever. Then i finally was like is it my ip address? so i dropped a wifi hot spot off my iphone. I logged in no problem. How do i fix my ip to log into this game. Keep in mind I have also played several hours off my at home internet and never had a problem. any comments on this issue?
