Hi there. First of all, we are sorry for the late response. It seems that there has been some misunderstanding on our part and we would like to apologize for that. As announced around two weeks ago, active users will get an extension of MS and 40 coins due to frequent crashes and promotions. However, there are some who did not receive them and are still wondering whether they will receive it or not. Those who did not receive the compensation are the one who has had past infractions like temp. banned, trade banned, mute banned etc. That is why some of you received the coins but not on the server that you played. To be clear, it is meant to be like this and we would like to keep it this way, and so all of you will not get them.
