What have you done before the problem was there?

Done catching mew and the server crash.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried to contact the GMs ingame but no one helps.

Just caught my mew. And the server crashed. Bring back my mew -_-

Those who lost Mew via server rollback or during battle will get a chance again, please be patient.

No one is ignoring, these people work and help all you players in their own free time. Patients please.. We arent a big company, just a bunch of people doing it for the enjoyment :)

These issues will be looked into when we are able to give such support. Players will be notified, locking this for now.
