Hey. If you go to the title screen like a log out automatically, its just the server getting offline/crashed.

If not work, try to put some more information about ur crash, like an error message that you receive.

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

1- Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2- Disable anti-virus program

3- Restart computer

Updated drive and reinstall Direct X

 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files (https://tinyurl.com/deletetempfiles), and even from the trashbin, before you download (https://pokemonrevolution.net/download.php) the new client.

If none of these work, could you possibly be a bit more descriptive? It's hard to troubleshoot without knowing the full details as crash issues are multifaceted. Simply stating that you crash 3 hours isn't much for me to work on; can you notice any patterns with the crashes?

 

Also, do you get a crash error report? If so, please post it here in spoiler tags, or upload it to a 3rd party website (like Pastebin and link it here).

We are aware of the current issues that our users are experiencing with the Android client and are actively looking for a solution. We're sorry for any inconvenience this causes however we recommend that you don't play using mobile devices for the time being.

 

We will update you when a new Android client goes live at our Discord Server.

Hi there. Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties with regards to the Android client. This will cause you to crash each time you enter a battle. We are aware of this issue and as of now, we are actively trying to find a fix for this issue. However, we are unable to give you an ETA as to when this will be fixed. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved.

 

Also, I suggest you refrain from posting on others' threads, especially when they're in the past. Feel free to make your own thread if necessary. Nevertheless, as this is a known issue, and the thread's owner has been answewred, I’ll now be locking this thread.
