The nerf everything update was great and all but the npcs for me (and several others) are moving at half speed. Dialogue speed is also moving half speed and pokemon following the player kind of warp around a little when walking (as if its also walking half speed but is teleporting or something to keep up with the player).

Hi. Can you please provide some kind of video of the issues you're experiencing?

Make sure your settings are configured correctly too. You might have slow NPC dialogue enabled.
